Previous to her joining our staff, she practiced as a traveling physical therapist at various locations across the country, as well as 2 years at Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation of Bellevue between her travel assignments. While there, she hiked 5 of the 14,000 foot peaks in between study time and thoroughly enjoyed mile high living before starting her traveling PT career. She embraces balance between being very active and working hard, encouraging her patients in learning and practicing balance between health and wellness with healing.
Katie’s philosophy of practice centers on the ultimate goal of restoring quality of life for her patients. She utilizes evidence-based practice, manual techniques, and customized programs tailored to each patient’s needs. Katie believes in creating a positive environment and experience for all patients and developing self-management and injury prevention with each client. She likes to help patients realize what they are capable of and how to live a fulfilling life working beyond limitations.
